Our Sega na Leqa - Returns Policy means exactly what it says. No worries!

 

Change of Mind Returns

  • If you have proof that you have purchased something from ShopOnline and you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.  You can obtain a refund less shipping within 30 day of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened and in good re-sellable condition. 
  • The only exception to our policy are products where there are hygiene considerations preventing resale of the product, such as underwear or swimwear. Sega na Leqa in these cases, you will still be able to return the product if it is faulty, defective or not the same as advertised.

  • You can return the item at any CDP branch in Fiji for a speedy refund. Alternatively you can contact ShopOnline to arrange for CDP to come and pick the item up from your home, completely free of charge. 

  • A refund will be processed back to you through the method you used to pay the original purchase. Where we cannot process the refund, we will need to make alternative arrangements with you. We will aim to process the refund back to you within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

  • To arrange a refund or return. Please contact our customer service team, who will help you with the process. 

  • Please note that you cannot return the item to a CDP branch until the refund or return has been processed with ShopOnline and you have been issued with a return docket. CDP staff will not accept your item for return or a return without a return docket.

  • Returns for Defects or Faults

  • If your product has arrived and it is faulty, damaged, or not is working as intended, Sega na Leqa! Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product and we’ll arrange for it to be returned for assessment completely free of charge.

  • Our team will make an assessment as to defect or damage and once we have confirmed it, we will repair, replace or refund the item. Our customer services team will work with your to find the best solution for the return. 

  • A repair or replacement will be delivered back to you. A refund will be processed back to you through the method you used to pay the original purchase. Where we cannot process the refund, we will need to make alternative arrangements with you. 

  • Please note that returns for defects or faults will take a little bit longer to process because we’ll have to return the item and make an assessment as to the defect or fault before we process the return. Nevertheless our customer services team will aim to process the refund back to you within 14 days of receiving the returned product. 

  • For the speedy possessing of your return, please ensure to: 

Retain your original packaging;

Accurately describe the fault or damage;

and Take, attach or email us clear photographs of the damage or fault if possible.

  • As usual you can return the item at any CDP branch in Fiji for speedy assessment. Alternatively you can contact ShopOnline to arrange for CDP to come and pick the item up from your home.
